Catalogue that is also the warehouse
A product in SYS7 is any material asset that must be accounted for: code, names in every language, category, manufacturer, barcodes, location in the warehouse, incoming / outgoing / shop / promotion prices, galleries, structured attributes. Price a whole category in one save. Warn the warehouse when stock drops below the threshold you set.
Structure, not a blob of text
The product skeleton lets you describe goods as data — colour, size, diameter, speed — inherited down the category tree. Those fields become filters, comparison and search on the shop, not a paragraph the customer has to parse.
Web services / B2B feeds
If you sell thousands of SKUs you do not own, you connect a wholesaler. Our WS module talks XML, JSON, CSV, XLS and plain text, reads hierarchy, and maps the partner’s fields onto SYS7. It has processed million-row spare-parts catalogues in minutes. When the supplier changes a price or goes out of stock, the shop can follow.
One product, several suppliers
The same SKU can be linked to more than one wholesaler instead of appearing as a dozen near-duplicates. Stock adds up; the public page stays one product. We leave mixed-cost pricing to the operator on purpose — selling one line from two price lists is how shops lose money quietly.
Feeds the other way
We also publish catalogues to other retailers and comparison sites, live or as prepared files, in the format the partner actually consumes. That is agreed in advance: volume, fields, cadence.
Live stock
Visitors cannot buy what you do not have. The public shop reads the same warehouse the office uses.
Orders as documents
A basket can land as a document in the same system that already prints invoices.
Galleries, not a DAM
Photos and files live in the gallery module, not in a parallel pile of assets.
Still a website
HTTPS, CMS, contact, speed — the storefront is not a plugin bolted onto a brochure.
Fast at catalogue scale
The heaviest shops we have shipped — tens of thousands of SKUs — still load as if they had a hundred.
Supplier feeds
